A Signature Joy in Nature™ Series

In her role as a Joy Sessions™ Facilitator, Shreyasi weaves horse medicine with empowering strategies to help you cultivate a daily Joy practice.

She offers individual or multiple sessions to cultivate Joy virtually or in person at the farm.

Session themes include Joy in Nature, Nature Offers Growth and The Herd is Our Guide.

Rest: A Mindfulness and Self Compassion Group

Are you seeking a consistent and supportive space to explore mindfulness practices and learn about how self-compassion can impact your wellbeing?

Shreyasi is offering a six-week program for those who have experience in meditation and/or yoga this March. Join her on Wednesday evenings to restore and recharge for the week ahead, and find ways to build your capacities to handle stress and show yourself some grace as you navigate these unpredictable times!

This can be accessed free of charge with a referral completed by your health provider, as Shreyasi is a psychiatrist offering this therapy program.
