The experience of pain is a natural part of life. This Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is designed to support you in reducing suffering by giving you the tools to cope and improve your mental and physical health so you can thrive rather than just survive. Experience wellness in spite of whatever you are moving through.

The Program Includes

8 Weekly 2 hour classes
Daily meditation & yoga practice for 30 – 40 minutes
Learn helpful tools to cope with stress
A silent 4 hour retreat (after class 6)
