Rooted in Devotion is a ten-week immersive support program for women navigating infertility, IUI/IVF cycles, donor conception, or long conception journeys. This circle helps you soften the nervous system, reconnect with your body, process emotional overwhelm, and re-root into trust, inner safety, and hope.

Sacred Ambrosia: An Equine Facilitated Therapy Group for Women Navigating Infertility

Sacred Ambrosia is a five-week equine facilitated therapy group for women receiving medical fertility treatments and trying to conceive. This circle offers horse medicine, rest and connection with the herd and other women on this journey.

The Hearth

The Hearth is my Substack space for ongoing reflections, stories, and embodied wisdom.
