There is something no one tells you about a medically assisted fertility journey.
It is not just a physical experience. It’s an emotional one, layered with hope, exhaustion, waiting, grief, and love.
And so often, in the space between appointments and results, you’re left to navigate that alone.
I created The Red Thread Library for the moments in between.
For the waiting. The wobbling. The times when you simply need somewhere to come back to yourself.

What Is The Red Thread Library?
The Red Thread Library is a curated collection of meditations and somatic practices, intentionally designed for women navigating IUI and IVF.
Each practice is trauma-sensitive, gently paced, and crafted to help you:
Feel safe inside your body, even when the process feels beyond your control
Regulate your nervous system through the cycles of treatment
Connect with your womb, heart, and breath as sources of steadiness
Find rest and restoration during moments of physical and emotional fatigue
What’s Inside the Library

You may find The Red Library supportive if you are:
Currently in an IUI or IVF cycle
Waiting between treatments and looking for emotional steadiness
Navigating fertility grief or loss alongside medical care
Someone who has been through a difficult cycle and needs to reconnect with your body
Seeking support that goes beyond the clinical, into the felt, the embodied, the emotional

About Shreyasi
Shreyasi Brodhecker is a trauma-informed practitioner, mindfulness facilitator, psychiatrist, and womb wisdom guide. For over five years, she has supported women through emotionally complex life transitions via individual sessions, group circles, retreats, and experiential healing work. Her work creates spaces where women feel deeply witnessed and empowered.
The Red Thread Library was born from the patterns Shreyasi saw repeatedly: women moving through the fertility journey with immense courage, yet with little emotional space to nurture themselves along the way. Having personally walked the path of IUI and IVF, she was inspired to create a resource that women can return to again and again, through every high and low of the fertility journey.
These practices exist because emotional space matters.
“I am filled with overflowing gratitude when I think of you all Shreyasi, Caroline, the herd, sweet Jasper, all of the amazing strong Women in the group, Frank and everyone I shared a connection with. Joining therapy group therapy sessions and being supported by you has truly had a great impact on my life and helped me heal in ways I never thought were achievable.
Through our group therapy sessions, I was able to learn how to regulate my nervous system, connect with nature and animals, breathe through hard moments of pain and learn how important it is to release through journaling and speaking my truth with others.
I think back to one of the meditations that Shreyasi led where we were asked to feel the connection between our mind, heart and womb and it was so special and vivid for me because for the first time in a long time I truly felt safe and connected to myself and my womb. I felt a connection/vision with my spirit baby in that moment telling me (the future) would bring a profound blessing.”
