Horses offer so many gifts when you listen with an open heart. Yes, not just with your ears or your mind, but with your HEART. What does this even mean? Listening with your heart?! Here is a simple exercise to help you do just that.
It is the beautiful Soul Voice meditation by Meggan Watterson, the author of Mary Magdalene Revealed.
Take a few deep breaths and drop into your heart. [This is really an ascension but may feel like dropping in.] You know you are in your heart when you are in a still place, your thoughts aren’t racing and your breaths deepen. You might imagine a beautiful sacred space within you, where your heart resides, entering a beautiful church or altar, maybe a cave or even a beach, somewhere that feels special to you.
With the next breath, ask for messages from your heart. Or even offer a specific question. Leaning into the answer, knowing that it is okay if nothing arises. This is about you making time to converse with your Higher Self, connected with the Divine and all living beings.
Finally, with the third breath, notice and feel expansive gratitude for your heart space and your Higher Self.
Then return to your day.
