Mindfulness for Seniors Zoom Group

The Seniors Zoom Mindfulness Groups are designed to allow seniors to learn and practice mindfulness with their peers and explore how mindful presence can help to navigate the various ups and downs of aging wisely and with healthy engagement. The classes are specifically formatted for the needs of senior participants, incorporate discussion and support in a group atmosphere and help interested seniors to set up their own daily mindfulness practices.

The Mindful Women's Groups are an opportunity to learn about mindfulness and how we can bring mindful presence to our lives, to practice self-compassion and healthy boundaries with others, as well as improve our ability to cope with stress and regulate troubling thoughts and emotions. Explorations are facilitated in sacred feminine space where women can learn from each other in a nonjudgmental and vibrant community of diverse experience.
