The Mindful Women’s Groups are an opportunity to learn about mindfulness and how we can bring mindful presence to our lives, to practice self-compassion and healthy boundaries with others, as well as improve our ability to cope with stress and regulate troubling thoughts and emotions. Explorations are facilitated in sacred feminine space where women can learn from each other in a nonjudgmental and vibrant community of diverse experience.
