The breasts are known as the antlers or guardians of your beautiful heart space, which is forever vibrant and expansive. Your breasts are the energetic extensions of your heart – physiologically, energetically and spiritually. 

This 60 minute workshop is for you if:

• You want a space to dip into deep rest, nervous system regulation and the sensory pleasures breast massage offers you
• You want to learn how to incorporate breast self-massage for 10-15 minutes into your daily self care routines
• You are craving more yin or deep feminine energy in your essence and your life

This workshop includes a 20 minute guided breast self-massage practice. You are able to choose from three oils prior to the workshop (rose, geranium and plan carrier oil). You will be guided in sacred ceremony. I will also demonstrate a briefer 10 minute practice that you can use daily.

There will be partial nudity in this workshop. If you are attending, please be aware that you and/or other women have the option of disrobing for the breast self-massage practice.

By the end of this workshop you will walk away with:

• Education on the benefits of breast self-massage, including tending to the energetics of your heart field, improved vitality and circulation, and release of feel-good hormones like oxytocin and dopamine
• An experience of being fully present in your body and appreciating your sacred femininity
