Are you a woman that is seeking to know the space of your womb more deeply?

The womb is a place where we hold emotions and memories of our lived experiences, just as we do in other parts of the body but also in a completely unique way. Many of us have stored emotions like pain, shame and self-doubt here, and messages we’ve received about what it means to be a woman. 

There is a red thread of womb blood, i.e. an ancestral transmission via our matrilineal histories, that has been passed down from woman to woman over centuries. The energetic and emotional layers of this red thread also live in our wombs.

Particularly if we’ve experienced painful bleeds, birth losses or trauma, experiences of violation, and/or physiological challenges with “being a woman”. Some of us feel disconnected from our wombs, if we haven’t had biological children, have experienced a sense of betrayal from our womb space, or have transitioned past menstruating years.

But besides storing our wounds, our wombs carry the seat of our power as women, and hold our deepest wisdom and power as mystical weavers of life, death and rebirth. We navigate sacred journeys with our blood and our capacity to create life through the portal of our wombs. The womb is eternal- living beyond the existence of a physical uterus, past child bearing years and even if we have never borne children. And we can experience profound personal and ancestral healing in the cradle of our wombs.
